Obstructing public servant in discharge of public functions

Offence

Whoever voluntarily obstructs any public servant in the discharge of his public functions,

shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to two thousand and five hundred rupees, or with both.
